I'm not usually one to post yelp reviews, but this experience had be genuinely so pissed off. I went to Bank Sq. this morning to get some coffee. I've lived in Beacon my whole life, so I know that they definitely have the best coffee in town. However, I've noticed that in recent years the customer service has gotten worse and worse. Today when I ordered, the barista gave me the dirtiest look I've ever gotten. And I understand, I work at a coffee shop myself. Sometimes you just get sick of making a certain drink, so I didn't think much of it and just payed as usual. I tipped and went to wait for my drink. When I got my drink, I immediately noticed the lack of ice. There were maybe 5 ice cubes in this drink. All of which melted almost immediately. So 4/5 stars. Great coffee, awful customer service- and don't get an Iced Chai, they don't like that apparently.

Friendly staff. Comfy couches. Plenty of room on weekdays. A truly great "third place."

Such a cute little coffee shop! Plenty of seating with different chair options, couch, stools, and chairs. They also had seating outside, but we went on a snow day so everything was covered. The workers were extremely friendly and the coffee was also delicious!

You ever just play an Autumn Cafe Playlist on YouTube? Well, this is it. First place I entered at Beacon, NY and you are met with the fresh smell of ground coffee beans. I'm not a coffee drinker so I got myself a hot apple cider. The people who work here are also so kind and the service was fast. What really makes this place different is their live band! The homey, cozy, and serene feeling you get just from sitting there listening to them is indescribable. It's just so peaceful as you sip on your hot drink. There are couches, tables and stained glass art from a local artist on the walls. This is a gem of a place and a must-visit! COZIEST PLACE EVER!

When in Beacon, listen to the locals. There are plenty of good Java options but go ahead, get in line, the locals know best. As most places post Covid, it's a bit understaffed but with very reasonable prices, amble selection of brews and huge indoor and outdoor dining, it's kinda worth the wait.

Super friendly & cozy coffee shop. Stopped by to grab a quick drink before I had to head out for my train and was very influenced by a very friendly worker to get a liquid death tea (which I didnt know even existed!). Overall super fast, friendly & will definitely stop by again :)

Really nice spot! Food/Drink: Mostly small Pattie's, and packages snacks. Dinning Area: Rather large cozy, couch, high top tables, bar stools, and chairs. Prices: Relatively expensive, but regular for a coffee shop. Large black Iced tea and medium iced chai tea latte $10. Parking: Right off Main Street, no parking except a few street spots. Bathrooms: Bathroom was clean. 1 small unisex. Coffee: I didn't try it this time. Atmosphere: Typical coffee house, beatnik, bougie, chill and tranquil. Staff/Attendants: Staff was Great, the guy at the front cashier/barista was nice, and respectful. Quick process done in a flash. Nice experience! 7/10
